Yasmin qualified as a solicitor in 2017 and joined Streathers in 2022. Yasmin is a leasehold enfranchisement solicitor working across its North London offices.
Yasmin specialises in leasehold enfranchisement including lease extensions and collective claims to acquire the freehold, acting for both landlords and tenants.
She appreciates that this is a specialist area of property law and places high emphasis on communication, attention to detail and clear advice to assist her clients throughout their matter.
